Rotosound RS55LD Linea Pressure Wound Bass Guitar Strings (45 65 85 105) Reviews
I bought these strings looking for less string noise, but these strings are rougher and make more noise than the Fender nickel-plated roundwounds I was using. I'll have to try the 66s to see what the difference is. However, these 55s make my Geddy Lee jazz bass sound like Geddy Lee's tone, which was the point behind having this bass. The Fender strings were nice, but had a warmer and more mellow tone, which was great for some things but not why I bought this bass.
